Pricing begins at $475 Final rate based on size, condition, and layout Best For • Vacant homes and apartments • Rental properties between long-term tenants • Pre-listing and pre-sale preparation • Final cleanouts following move-out What’s Included • Deep cleaning of accessible interior surfaces • Full kitchen detailing (cabinets, counters, fixtures, appliances, exterior) • Bathroom sanitation and buildup removal • Cabinet and drawer interiors (empty only) • Floor care throughout the property • Interior closets and storage spaces Service Boundaries This service is designed for empty properties only. The following require a separate service tier: • Restoration-level buildup • Heavy grease, smoke, or oil saturation • Post-construction or renovation cleanup • Biohazard, hoarding, or extreme neglect • Fixture removal or disassembly Properties requiring this level of intervention will be quoted under our Royal Restoration tier.
