Please don't feel the need to clean before we arrive—that's what we're here for!

If possible, we simply ask that you:

• Pick up clothing, toys, paperwork, and other personal belongings from floors.

• Clear excessive clutter from countertops and surfaces you'd like cleaned.

• Place dishes in the sink or dishwasher if possible.

• Secure fragile décor that may be easily knocked over during normal cleaning.

A little preparation allows us to spend more time cleaning, sanitizing, and caring for your home rather than organizing personal belongings.

A Comfortable Home Helps Us Work Safely

Professional cleaning is physically demanding work. Maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature helps protect our team while allowing us to provide the high-quality service you expect.

During warmer months:
Please set your air conditioning between 68–71°F.

During cooler months:
Please keep your home's temperature at 65°F or below whenever possible.

Valuables & Personal Belongings

For everyone's protection, we kindly ask that cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, important documents, sentimental items, collectibles, and other valuables be secured before your appointment.

While we treat every home with honesty, professionalism, and respect, Queen Bee Cleaning LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or unsecured personal belongings.

If there is a valuable, delicate, or sentimental item you'd like us to be aware of, please let us know before your appointment. We're happy to document its location and take reasonable precautions while working nearby.

Our primary responsibility during your visit is providing professional cleaning services. We cannot inventory, monitor, or keep track of personal belongings throughout the home, so we encourage all clients to secure valuables before each appointment.

Service Expectations

Every home is unique.

If we encounter conditions that differ significantly from the original scope—including excessive buildup, clutter, or neglected areas—additional time, labor, or adjustments to the service may be recommended.

Whenever possible, we'll discuss any necessary changes with you before continuing.

Photography & Privacy

We occasionally photograph our work for educational purposes, training, social media, and the Queen Bee Home Care Library.

We never intentionally photograph personal documents, family photos, identifying information, or anything that would compromise your privacy.

If you prefer that no photographs be taken inside your home, simply let us know before your appointment. We're always happy to honor your preference.

Pets & Home Access

We love pets! However, for everyone's safety, we kindly ask that pets be secured if they may interfere with service.

If you won't be home during your appointment, please ensure we have the necessary access instructions before your scheduled visit.
