First-time service begins at $300 to establish your tailored service baseline. Laundering, errands, guest coordination, restocking, maintenance repairs, furniture moving, interior appliance deep cleaning, and any work outside the home are not included in the standard cleaning fee. However, many of these tasks can be scheduled separately. Additional services are available by request and may be arranged in advance via email or phone, with pricing provided based on scope and time required. Each property begins with an initial reset to assess condition, usage, and turnover rhythm. From there, we create a predictable, flat-rate turnover plan starting at $150 per visit for recurring clients with consistent schedules.
