My name is Ciara, and I'm the owner of Queen Bee Cleaning LLC in coastal Virginia.

Before starting my own business, I worked in property management, real estate, and health care. Experiences that shaped the way I think about homes, people, and the work we do every day.

Over the years, I've learned that cleaning is about so much more than making something "look clean". It's about creating spaces that feel cared for, reducing stress, preserving what matters, and helping people breathe a little easier when life feels overwhelming.

That's why I created The Hive.

I wanted to build a trusted place where we can learn, connect, grow, ask questions, share ideas, and sometimes just slow down for a few quiet minutes.
